After a refreshing five-day break in Costa Rica, it is time to return to work. While the trip was truly remarkable, I am eager to welcome everyone back to the facility. I appreciate your understanding in allowing the gym to close this past week; it was a difficult decision, but ultimately the best course of action.

We have some exciting developments on the horizon that I am looking forward to sharing with you soon. I am also eager to hear about your experiences over the past week.
