At Sound Sports Performance, every program is personalized. We assess your goals, movement patterns, and performance needs, then design a structured, progressive plan to help you succeed safely and efficiently.
How do I get started with training?
Simply contact us through our website or give us a call. We’ll set up an initial consultation to discuss your goals, complete a movement assessment, and outline a plan that fits your needs.
What is a performance assessment?
It’s a session where we evaluate your components of fitness, movement, mobility, and goals to identify areas for improvement and tailor your program accordingly.
Do you offer training for specific sports?
Yes! By understanding the metabolic demands, risk of injuries, and strength and conditioning needs of each sport, we build customized programs tailored to your position and season. We have experience working with athletes in soccer, football, baseball, basketball, hockey, lacrosse, and more.
How long are the training session?
Most sessions last about 60 minutes. Depending on your goals, we may recommend multiple sessions per week for optimal results.
Can you help with injury recovery and prevention?
Yes. We work with your Physical Therapist or Athletic Trainer on your return-to-play programs and injury prevention strategies designed to rebuild strength, restore function, and reduce the risk of future injury.
What are your adult fitness classes like?
Our adult fitness classes focus on strength, conditioning, and functional movement. Each class is coach-led, motivating, and designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.
Do you offer team training or group sessions?
Yes! We provide customized group training for sports teams, schools, and clubs. We’ll develop a plan to meet your team’s goals for pre-season, in-season, or off-season training.
Where is your training facility located?
We’re conveniently located at 19921 68th Ave W, Lynnwood, WA 98036. Check our Contact page for directions and hours.
How do I know if this is the right training program for me or my child?
We offer an initial consultation to help you understand our approach and determine if it’s the right fit. While there is a fee for the consultation, it acts as a security deposit—if you decide to start a training program with us, that fee is waived or applied toward your sessions.
How can I sign up or learn more?
You can contact us online, give us a call, or stop by the gym. We’d love to learn more about your goals and help you take the first step toward stronger performance.
Where should I park?
A covered and secure parking garage is located just before the north side of the building when entering on 68th Ave. Parking is free, and once you arrive, you can walk through the double doors into the courtyard. We are located in suite 104.
