🎉 COACH JOHNNY’S BIRTHDAY & BIONIC SHOULDER
Shoutout to Coach Johnny, who turned 25 on June 29! As a birthday bonus, he received some shiny new hardware in the form of a successful labrum surgery. He’s recovering like a champ and will be back in the facility in a few weeks—with some limited sling-duty abilities. Be sure to say what’s up (and maybe help him with the whiteboards), and most importantly… be nice to him!

From July 15–19, I’ll be representing both Sound Sports Performance and Washington State at the 2025 NSCA National Conference in Kansas City. As your State Director, I’ve got a full lineup of meetings, including:

- Group
Entrepreneurs Special Interest Group (which I founded and currently Chair)
I’m excited to connect with professionals across the country, share the progress we’ve made in WA, and hopefully inspire some future business owners to take the leap.
