Sound Sports Performance and Training LLC is honered to be a part of this years Health and Fitness Expo. This event will be held on Saturday May 21, 2022 from 9am-noon at the Edmonds School District Stadium located at 7600 212th St SW. We will have a booth where you can come and test your strength, power, endurance, and body composition all while having a good time doing so!
