Freshman First
Purpose Statement: To develop the physical and mental capacities of sport and to build on the sports-specific skills that athletes get during practices and competitions. By the 8th grade, maturation and genetic development start to separate athletes. Although we can't outwork genetics, we can enhance features to help create that separation of skill. Our goal is to help your high schooler be resilient both on and off the field, pitch, or court. Our periodized strength and conditioning programs develop the physical and mental capacities of sport while building on the sports-specific skills that athletes get during practices and competitions.
