Three of our most dedicated and beloved athletes are moving to greener pastures.

Besides being one of the most loyal clients I have ever had, Ryan quickly became a brother to me. He has been an absolute Ox at Sound Sports Performance and Training LLC for many years now, and his love and passion for fitness and powerlifting has brought him through a tremendous transformation. He inspired his wife, Elizabeth, her mom, and sister to start training as well. Elizabeth has also developed into a great Olympic Weightlifter as well! Their biggest success came on Valentines Day 2022, when they hit their biggest PR with a new baby! Baby Rowan has even gotten into lifting at 3 months old! It's unfortunate that we won't get to watch the baby grow up, but we are super excited for their next adventure. Please join us to see them off on Thursday May 26th at noon.
