What is Fair on 44th?

The Fair on 44th is Lynnwood’s Health & Safety Community Block Party. Each year the city closes 44th Avenue from 188th St SW to 194th St SW. They are working with community partners and City Staff, provide vehicle tours, demonstrations, and hands-on games and activities for families.

Sound Sports Performance and Training will have a booth set up in the Green Zone.  We will be demonstrating how velocity based training can help improve athletic performance, conducting InBody 570 body composition scans, blood pressure checks, sports conditioning testing, and raffling off some sweet apparel!  Come out and have some fun with us!
